Complete the Closing Gift Order Form within 3 business days of closing. Gifts will be delivered to borrowers within 2 weeks of closing.

How to Order:

1. Once a loan closes, complete this order form and select which gift you’d like your borrower to receive

2. Choose from the following options:

   • Coasters

   • Cutting Board

   • Money Tree

Important Notes:

• All Company Partner loans must receive a closing gift

• If no selection is submitted within 3 business days of closing, the marketing team will select a gift on your behalf
