We have a flexible paid time off policy. Team members are trusted to take the time offthey need, which is not tracked or accrued.

Parental Leave

We offer 12 weeks of parental leave for all new parents. Equity vesting does not pause and leave is paid at full salary. Leave can be taken in chunks or all at once.
